Cooper Wagner
Founder, Syndeo Consulting
Cooper has spent his career at the intersection of two worlds most people never see from the inside: how high-net-worth individuals think about deploying capital and how ministries and mission-driven organizations actually operate. Having grown up inside one of the fastest-growing churches in America and later founding an investment firm, he carries an intimate understanding of both sides of the table.
But what drives him isn't strategy — it's connection. Cooper's deepest motivation is getting the right people in the same room and watching what God does with the relationship. He believes the most transformative outcomes happen when exceptional people meet the right mission at the right time — and someone is willing to do the work of binding them together.
That's what Syndeo is. Not a firm that sells consulting hours, but a relational bridge between people who want to give generously, leaders who want to serve excellently, and organizations built on real conviction.
